Steep Hollow Mini Storage Customer Care SMS Program.

Program Description

Steep Hollow Mini Storage operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current and prospective storage tenants who have opted in through our website rental forms, contact forms, or rental agreement. Messages are transactional and account-related and include items such as:

  • Gate access codes and facility access instructions
  • Rental confirmations and move-in / move-out coordination
  • Payment reminders, receipts, and late notices
  • Auction and pre-lien notifications
  • One-to-one replies to customer service inquiries
  • Service and facility status updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most subscribers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. You will not receive recurring marketing messages from this program.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Steep Hollow Mini Storage is not responsible for any carrier-imposed charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on the contact form at steephollowministorage.com/contact
  • Providing your mobile number and consent on a rental application or lease agreement
  • Verbally consenting during a phone inquiry, which our team will document

Opting in is always optional and is never required to rent a unit, get a quote, or use any other service.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by emailing info@steephollow.com with the subject line "STOP SMS."

Supported Carriers

T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use your information only to deliver the messages described above and to respond to your inquiries. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Steep Hollow Mini Storage reserves the right to change these SMS terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
